Well, I know most of us are still recovering from the joy that was last Friday's unveiling of the Utter Wonder Hall of Fame's new home. I know I am. Singing "Beautiful" by Christina Aguilera for the ceremony took a lot out of me, as well. I really put my all into the song. Well obviously, you heard it. Right? You clicked the play button and heard me sing, didn't you? Because honestly I expected a little more adulation from readers. A few mentioned that they liked my performance, one even went so far as to suggest that FCC might try to get me to remove it from my site. But I was hoping there'd be more of an outpouring of compliments and screaming teenage girls and stuff. Oh well.

But today we're ready to start the second year of the UWHOF with induction #26. Today's inductee goes by the moniker JadedJu. That's her online name and that's her blog's name. That's also the name she wants to use for her induction. Yes, yes, I have taken issue in the past with people who use pseudonyms for the their induction into the Hall, but if that's what some feel more comfortable doing, then so be it. I don't want them to jeopardize whatever reasons they have for using a fake name. It's not like I want them to be found on an outstanding warrant or anything. No, let them live their complicated forever-on-the-run-lives as they see fit. It will all eventually catch up with them of course, but whatever.

So let's do like we always do for an inductee and stare at JadedJu's photo for a duration no shorter than five seconds. Begin!

Good. So what do you think of JadedJu's photo? Well before you get all excited I should let you know that she is not a person of color. That's what I thought too when I first saw the photo. However, after I inquired about it, she informed me that even though she has a dark complexion she is white. So sorry, Leonard Pierce: you're still the only non-completely white inductee. However, JadedJu did mention to me that she's a lesbian, so that's pretty neat. She's the first lesbian ever to be inducted into the UWHOF. Openly one, anyway. I'm hoping more will apply in the future. I think given that I live in the great state of Massachusetts it's only appropriate that my blog's Hall of Fame be accepting to all people who love me and my blog, no matter what their sexual preference may be.

As for the photo itself it's one of those borderline qualifying pictures. You can make out most of her face. Just enough for me to allow it. She looks like she is on some scary amusement park ride or something. Either that or she's a professional wrestler taunting the camera. Are there lesbian professional wrestlers? Don't know. I stopped following lady wrestling months ago. They're probably a few lesbian wrestlers around, but chances are they're depicted as bad guys. That's lame. Amateur lesbian wrestlers need good role models to look up to.

Well, whether a lady wrestler or not, JadedJu is brave and courageous and chock full of intestinal fortitude for allowing her visage to be displayed on Utter Wonder. Thus I hereby officially induct her as the 26th member of Utter Wonder's Hall of Fame. For her bravery and courage and intestinal fortitude, JadedJu received a signed copy of a fan letter I wrote Star Jones. Jealous? Well good, you should be. However, a signed copy of a fan letter I wrote Star Jones can be yours too. Just send me an actual photo of yourself and we'll get the party started. So put your brave boots on and send, send, send!
