Friday I Have Monday On My Mind.

spectacular!Well, it's Friday and another hard week of blogging is over. Boy, am I ever tapped. Mercy. Anyway, since I've blogged my freakin' heart out for you this week, I'm taking President's Day off (that's this Monday, for you Commies out there).

So on Monday there won't be an awesome new post from me that no one will bother to leave a comment on. I know that's a bummer, as you all are forever chomping at the bit to not post a comment on my site, but I'm sorry, you'll have to wait to not post a comment until Tuesday. And don't bother trying to guilt trip me either: My mind is made up and I shall hold firm to my decision.

Besides, I have plans on President's Day and I won't have the time to post something. I'm going to Disney on Ice with my family. I hear it's supposed to kick fucking ass. Can't wait. Nothing like seeing adults skate around in cartoon animal suits. The 17 bucks a ticket already feels like steal.

So see you on Tuesday. Next week Utter Wonder will be specially themed. I won't reveal what kind of theme right now, but rest assured it'll be awesome and inspire each and ever one of you not to leave a comment. In fact, I feel confident enough to say that you all will not write the best comments you've never written in your entire lives -- that's how fantastic next week's theme is going to be.

So fasten your seat belts, pigeons!

This post is dedicated to getting my butt kicked by the Instapundit again.

Comments.

I used to leave comments. But then you made fun of me.

Growing up, I always wanted my own "On Ice" but for some reason I don't think "Fat Baby Gene Eats Tapioca Pudding Cups and Plays RBI Baseball for Eight Straight Hours - on Ice" would have packed 'em in.

[By the way, C, in the hierarchy of RBI Baseball Teams, Boston is considered #2 (after Detroit?). Houston - dead-freaking last. And we went to the freaking NL Championship that year (The stats are based on 1986). Nolan Freaking Ryan! I mean sure, Roger Clemens and Wade Boggs (I give the AL champ their due), but they didn't give Ryan any motherfreaking credit, whatsoever. I hated that about RBI Baseball. Hated.]

Was that too much of a comment?

I think I'm in love with Gene.

Hm, 1986... seems to me something notable happened in baseball that year. Hmm... what was it....

I live in Anaheim (home to the Los Angeles Angles of Anaheim). If you think Disney on Ice is expensive, try going to Disneyland somewhere around $75 for an adults. But you do get to visit the sucky California Adventure with that admission. They had to throw that in because the only way people would visit was if the admission was free.

PS I didn't leave comments this week because I couldn't think of anything clever.

I'm blushing, hsw.

And on a similar note, Dwight Eugene Gooden is white in RBI Baseball. How's that for your precious Beltran-Stealing Bastard-Ass Mets, Ian? Huh?

Sorry. I always seem to get affront with you here. It's just jealousy.

Jealousy of your bloated budget big market bullshit team that can just lure the most fantastic player in the entire universe away from the team I love with it's gobs of drug tinged money and filthy-nasty NYC hooker handouts.

Sorry. Jealousy.

(I think we just made up for the whole week of being non-commenting jerks.)

Hiya All:
Thanks for indulging me. It's nice to finally read the year "1986" without getting intestinal cramps.

Oh, and hockomock: I promise not to make fun of you if you leave comments. Even if you wear that lame shirt again.
