My Vacation Snapshots: #10 - The Last One.

I hope you've enjoyed viewing these vacation snapshots as much as I've stressed out about deciding which ones to show you. Otherwise, it wasn't worth it all. Why I even bother to blog during my vacation is beyond me. My gut tells it me it has something to do with my fragile ego, but I don't know. My gut can be kind of a blowhard. Plus my ego thinks it's out to get it. At any rate, thanks for indulging me. I'll be taking a much-needed day of post-vacation rest on Monday, so I'll be back with something or other on Tuesday.

He is obviously in Maine, facing south and staring out at the dreadful storm Beryl which is/was lashing New England and Nova Scotia with scary winds, pounding seas and biblical rains. Maybe the storm's approach caused the Big Dig tunnel to collapse. Maybe, just maybe the soft serve ice cream from Jimmy's on Route 9 in Brewer, Maine will save us from hurricane season, world war and the apocalypse all with one heaping of a chocolate and vanilla twist covered in crunch coat.
