I'm too exhausted from a weekend full of holiday parties to offer you anything substantial today. Sorry. I tried to rally, but I just couldn't pull it off. I hope this doesn't change your opinion of me, because it shouldn't; I'm still just as powerful and awesome as you think I am. Honest.

To prove that I am still powerful and awesome, right now I'm holding two dozen donuts in one hand while my other hand types this post. Actually, that's not completely true; I ate one of the donuts already. But still, holding 23 donuts with one hand while typing with the other is a very powerful and awesome thing for a fair-to-middling blogger to do.

So you see, I am still just as powerful and awesome as you thought I was. Thus it shouldn't matter that today's post is insubstantial. It also shouldn't matter that I just ate another donut--22 donuts is a lot heavier than you think. Trust me on this one. In fact, I bet 21 donuts is pretty heavy too. Let's find out...

Yes, 21 donuts is no chump donut-with-one-hand-holding change. Man, I feel so powerful and awesome right now! So much so that I will celebrate it by having another donut!

God, this was the best idea ever. I hope there'll be another day when I'll be too exhausted to write a substantial post. That would be so sweet! Maybe then I'll try holding three dozen donuts. I bet that would be some sort of donut-holding-while-typing-a-blog-post record. I should call the Guinness people to find out.
