Happy June!.

junel.jpgHappy June, y'all. I have no idea why I just wrote that opening as if I was Britney Spears, but whatever. Blame it on June, I guess. June is my favorite month and it makes me a little giddy. Why? Because June is the month when the Siberian Tigers come down from the highlands and frolic among the clover. Actually, I just made that up. I don't think the Siberian Tigers do anything special in June. My guess is they just go about their regular business. Regardless, it was a nice thought. I mean, the image of Siberian Tigers frolicking in clover is a pleasant one, though, am I right?

Yes. I am very right.

Anyway, I love June. And I'm happy to report that it has started today. Better yet, we get 29 more days of it after today. Sure, I'd rather have 30 more days of it, but the Romans thought otherwise, so there's nothing we can really do about it. I suppose we could draw up a petition and get people to sign it, and submit to congress or whoever, but that's a lot of work and I'm a blogger so I can't really be bothered. Plus 29 is only a day less than 30, so it's not like the hugest difference in the world.

Yep.

So to recap, here's what we've learned from today's post: June is awesome; a Siberian Tiger frolicking in clover is delightful; and 29 is one less than 30.

I give and give and give.

Have a nice weekend.

June is not a biggie in the OC. We have a lot of "June Gloom". It takes forever for the sun to come out. Now July, that's a month worth celebrating. And it has 31 days.
