at least it was a Red Sox hat
The day in a nutshell: eighty kindergarteners, two hour-long bus rides, and one good cry afterwards.

This post is dedicated to no, we can't buy a water gun at the snack shack.

You're a braver man than I, Dr. Monkenstein. You'd have to threaten me with the dismemberment of something important before I'd agree to withstand such torture.

That's nothing. Try being my parents (or us kids. I had two brothers and a sister) and travel from Southern California to Colorado in a Ford Galaxy every summer. That my friend takes real guts.

oh come on now, the best part was when you let all the kids run over the huge, barnicle covered rocks twirling octopi and pulling the legs off starfish. no wonder your kid was crying, a day at the animal police will do that...

Something tells me that it wasn't the kid that was crying. =D

Anyway, you're a braver man than I. (Well, a braver person.) I have a few years yet to think, but I'm pretty sure I don't want to dedicate twenty-five years of my life to a set of miniature 'me's.
