Something tells me the old Yankees would have just ignored this and gone about their merry way, winning championships. But since they haven't won a championship in a while, I guess they have to worry about things like Red Sox jerseys being buried in the foundation of their new stadium. Paranoia is the destroyer.

The Yankees have become the Red Sox; the Red Sox the Yankees.

Yeah, I couldn't believe they went to all the trouble and expense of digging up a shirt.

I'm wondering if putting it in there is what made Ortiz go through his slump? It seems he came out of it as soon as the shirt was dug up.
