Where's Juno? I wanted to see Juno. What a let down. You'd think the RNC would pull out all the stops, but the best they can do is Laura Bush and Cindy McCultEyes? We want some "barely legal" action? I expected more from the RNC. Instead there's this little guy in makeup playing the guitar. He's all right, but his band is kind of weird. Why is there a bandmate dressed like a surgeon? Is his some sort of nod to the health care issue? And what's with the lesbians on bass and keyboard. Is one of them the Cheney girl? All sorts of mixed messages going on here. Not sure this is how the Republicans wanted to kick off the first day of their convention. Plus the little guy's father is a REAL GRUMP. A total downer. Oh, wait a second. I see Juno now. Wow. She's all grown up. Man oh man, is she ever. Not sure I get the purification ceremony in Lake Minnetonka, though. Is it a Christian Coalition thing? This is all way over my head.
