By all accounts (most importantly, my own) the ORDER MY BOOK EXTRAVAGANZA was an enormous success. My book managed to crack Amazon's Top 300 book list and many, many copies were sold. Thanks to everyone who helped the cause. Really meant a lot. In case any of you missed it, all the festivities were documented on my book's blog. So head over and check it all out.
