Hi, Internet -

Listen, please stop posting photographs of that woman who received a face transplant. There are pics of her all over you. Yahoo's news photo site has nine photos on its front page alone, not to mention a really horrifying slideshow. It totally ruined my search for cute animal pictures, which I do every morning to make the pain go away. So, enough please. I get it. Her story is amazing and heartbreaking and whatnot, but it's also really, really gross. And I've just had some eggs and am not sure my constitution is strong enough to keep them down should I see another photo of the poor woman.

As the Internet, I, like the air around you, have little control over the constituent elements that I contain. Obviously, I would like to have much less Jennifer Love Hewitt and Rush Limbaugh, but it's a free market, so what can I do?

At any rate, I thank you for writing, and look forward to seeing you at the regular White Supremacist and Voyeur Video sites you attend.

Ms. Culp looks great! If you understand the degree of damage done to her (by her _ _ _ _ _ _ _ of a husband) you could appreciate how remarkable the restoration of function as well as "looks" is. Kudos to her for keeping her positive spirit intact throughout her ordeal. I wish her nothing but the best as she continues her journey to reclaim her life.

I happen to think White Supremacists are hilarious. You can only laugh or cry. And Michael's note to C (speaking on behalf of the internet) made me laugh out loud.

These pics have haunted me all day. But then I feel guilty when I'm reminded the she was shot by her husband. Oh, the internal conflict!

I wish the networks would show a picture of her husband, so I can add him to my list of People I Will Punch If I Ever See Them In An Airport (Or Other Public Place).
